Scottish Breakfast

Toasted granary bread, parma ham and poached eggs topped with Hollandaise sauce. Scottish smoked salmon, scrambled egg and served with a toasted bagel and cream cheese. If you have any dietery requirements or special requests please let us know and we will be happy to oblige, our eggs are supplied by Giles Henry who farms organically in the Yarrow Valley, Scottish Borders, our meat products are supplied by Gordon Newlands and his award winning team at Halliwells butchers Selkirk, Scottish Borders, our Muesli contains nuts. None of our food uses genetically modified farmed foods (GM). We do our utmost to ensure all our foods, including our Scottish Breakfast, are sourced locally, for those on the go we can provide your breakfast to take away
